Description
So I was walking along Botany Bay, La Perouse, Australia , away from Bare island towards inland, and saw this magneficent huge boulder, lucky some guy was walking there also, so I can show you the size of that rock.
Botany Bay lies within a small tectonic depression known as the Botany Basin which in turn is situated within the larger Sydney Basin comprising modified sedimentary deposits laid down about 270 million years ago during the Permian period. The northern and southern headlands featuring Hawkesbury sandstone cliffs which were formed during the Triassic period, between 200 and 250 million years ago (wiki).
