I painted this the other night after I witnessed my kids go through some traumatic emotions, of feeling abandoned by their ... . Both of them having meltdowns of crying and throwing tantrums. When I felt things were settling down. I handed them their sketch pad and had them draw out their feelings and emotions. And thanks to family that had called to help calm them down.
