Everyone has their own place for quiet reflection. Nature can be the best therapist. This is just a small beach area at Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda, Florida, but it serves the purpose. There are beach chairs facing out toward the waters of the Peace River and Charlotte Harbor. Occasionally shoppers and visitors will stop to rest and enjoy the view to recharge before another round of hectic shopping or noisy dining. This spot is also a great vantage point for some wonderful, colorful sunsets.

I have added text "The Therapist is In" so this could make a great poster print for a dorm, bedroom or anywhere you want to remind you to pause and reflect.

According to the Fisherman's Village website, the Village is Florida’s unique combination of a full-service destination resort and a hometown hang out for visitors and locals alike. Fishermen’s Village Resort and Marina can fill a day, define an evening, or pack the itinerary of an extended stay.

Conveniently located between Sarasota and Fort Myers, Fishermen’s Village is the waterside event center and launching site for Florida fishing and recreation, culture and entertainment, shopping and dining. I am personally acquainted with the Village as I am represented by Creations, a fine art gallery there.

I am an exhibiting artist in southwest Florida and my art has been exhibited in galleries in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina and is in collections nationwide. I create abstract photography, mixed media photo painting, acrylic mixed media, and acrylic paintings. Many would make great decorative throw pillows or shower curtains.
