This is the Frisbee Ride being enjoyed by the Mazey Day revellers in Penzance 2019.
The extreme ride rotates as it swings back and forth in a type of pendulum movement and as it picks up speed the people are turned upside down.
Everyone seemed to be enjoying it but it certainly wasn't something I wanted to try.
