OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I discovered Chocolate Mousse this weekend!
NOTE: I am not a chocolate fan. I don't crave it or even really like it. I will try it occasionally thinking maybe I will like it this time.....
WELLLL after many years of "trying to like" chocolate, I found the dessert that changed my taste
We went to a very well know restaurant in St. Paul Minnesota called Cassette's. It is an AMAZING place with Italian deli type food all made fresh in front of you. After our very good meal, we went to the bakery!
We got a Chocolate Mousse to take home with us. I actually got it to just take a photo of it.Then I thought I would let my family eat it. Once I was done with my photos, I thought hum...I should taste it. I got a spoon and I tasted it. OH MY GOODNESS! I have never tasted anything so heavenly! I though maybe I should have one more bite, so I did. I ended up eating the whole thing! I did plan on sharing with my family but some how that didn't work out too good!
It was AMAZING! AMAZING! I think I need more photos like this!
PS: This isn't how I saw the photograph turning out....I am super happy with the taste and the final photo!
