This is my first full work of art digitally painted with a stylus. I used the stylus as a paintbrush, so the viewer gets an image as close to a hand painted illustration as possible. The only thing I didn't have at my disposal that I would painting on an actual canvas was a ruler to straighten out some of my lines. Rather than combine pre-made shapes or lines, I chose to digitally paint everything freehand.
