I came across this wonderful work when I was organizing my art files. My dad drew this wonderful piece in 1955. Simplicity is sometimes best. The lines and blocking of the bottles and vases says a lot about the style of drawing and illustration in the 1950's. The subtle shadowing give this drawing depth and dimension.
