Painted from memory, this is a quick study is of one of the rich meadow uplands around Chrystal Lake Michigan.

This is an example of a painting created from one of those random shots I take while out and about with a camera. I always shoot photos for the potential paintings they could make. The scene is a section of the Shiawassee River near Holly Michigan in early June of 2018.
