Description
The Sloca-Ball house in Fairfield, Iowa was designed by architect Charles Barber in the Queen Anne style and built in 1895. It's been restored, complete with the original central vacuum system, top-floor ballroom and carriage house. Charles Sloca, one of the short list of owners, was Dean of Fairfield's Parsons College and a city resident for many years.
