While traveling through the highlands of Scotland, I saw many Heilan Coos along the landscape, I am gaga for Highland Cows! They are so adorable with their long bangs in front of their eyes. This lovely coo has one ear back towards the farmhouse just over the hilltop there. Is he keeping an ear out for the call,"Time for sup,"? Or is he just a little perplexed why I am standing in the mud taking his portrait? "Oi these stupid American tourists, why are they so in love with me?" I would have brought him home, but he wouldn't fit in my luggage. I was resorted to bringing home a stuffed Heilan Coo, complete with kilt and all! Slainte my sweet Heilan Coo! Until we meed again!
