Self-love is a digital painting done on a blank canvas with an iPad and pen in Procreate. I believe our cells respond to the vibrations we feel. When we feel self-love, our cells feel it. When we feel negative thoughts, our cells feel it. Keeping our thoughts positive, doing things to keep ourselves well is so important to overall health I feel. What do you do for self-love? So very important to really take care of ourselves. Bubble baths and beautiful music help me to relax. Oh and also painting, painting and more painting. This lovely artwork has all the symbolism and beautiful colors to relax the soul. Also to give the soul a wonderful party of sorts to celebrate accepting and loving yourself.

We all need a reminder at times as we forget to really nurture ourselves. I do a walking meditation every day to start my day, love listening to music, and love treating myself to something I have baked myself once in a while!
