Description
On the grounds of the Long Beach Sagely Monastery is this statue of the Virgin Mary. It always seems a bit odd to me that a Buddhist Monastery has a statue of the Virgin Mary. Fresh flowers are placed on or around the statue every day. People even kneel in front of the statue to say their prayers.
