Description
The 'nose' or spadix of this anthurium flower acts as a rain drop catcher and the drops, in turn, catch the light like polished, globe-shaped gems. The spadex is actually the 'flower' of anthurium plants. The brilliantly colored portions of anthurium is actually a specialized leaf, known as a spathe.
