Description

This is a photograph of the hood of the "Poor Boy Express" delivery truck of Alois J. Binder Bakery. I shot this image in the Faubourg Marigny of New Orleans. The bakery is located at 940 Frenchmen St. Poor Boy sandwiches are made from OUR French bread which is generally crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. You put whatever you want on the "slices" of bread. Had a fried oyster po-boy (another way to say it) recently, and it was very tasty! The bakery also makes delicious "shoe soles." This would look great on a t-shirt as well as a metal or acrylic print for a kitchen.
