Peace in Aqua II
I love sitting on the beach at the end of the day, especially on a Sunday night knowing I'll still be on vacation on Monday. That sense of peace is palpable. Just the gentle sound of the waves as fingers of pink move up into the clouds. Twilight, that lovely blue hour with a pastel sky. Suddenly the colors of the New England coast begin to to look almost tropical. A lone buoy bobs in the turquoise water.
Black Point Beach, Niantic, East Lyme, Connecticut. My home away from home.
