Here are pair of old best friends. When I look at this picture I think of the Simon and Garfunkel song, Old Friends. The kitty is Mr. Jags, he raised the English Hound, Miss Pepper, who sits close beside him. Pepper here is in her late nineties as dog years are counted by human ones. Jags has a few years on her. They have lived their entire lives sharing and caring. Peppy bound to the yard and having many opportunities to explore far away by riding in the car. Jags a famous fence jumper who made friends wherever he wandered and always upon returning home would lick his best friend Pepper.
There is nothing like friendship and this pair lived a long loving one sharing together.

They really loved each other, Kathryn. Mr Jagz was such an amazing cat, he loved everyone and always kissed all the other animals when he came home each day. I was so lucky to be part of their lives.
