Description
The Royal Canadian Air Force took delivery of a total of 162 B-25 Mitchell bombers which were used mainly in training and for Arial-photography. This particular aircraft is owned by the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. It is painted in the stripes used by all allied aircrafy during the invasion of Normandy.

Thank you Mark. I equipped myself with fast long lenses in order to take nature pictures (especially birds), and I discovered that equipment is also great for airplanes, and sport photography, so I am able to do all of these genres.

Hi Robert, just to let you know the aircraft in this shot is a Boeing B25 Mitchell and not a Lancaster. Nice shot though.

Thank you - I have checked back through my images and you are correct. I mistakenly labeled this and other pictures of the same aircraft and I will correct this error and post pictures of the Lancaster as well as soon as I get a few minutes. I appreciate your pointing out my error.
