Description
Started off as oil paintings exploring texture and colour with a vague notion of the constant struggle of life fighting atrophy and entropy... but was quickly sidetracked (which happens a-lot) by the thought it would be interesting letting the background eat into the painting - so scanned them in to proceed digitally (with no particular thought about the atrophy thingy). The surprise was struggle to produce something that I felt was cohesive.
