Description
Mustard green plants are a cool season vegetable, that takes four to six weeks to mature. At the end of their growth cycle, they bolt, which leads to small yellow flowers on their on stalks.
I was in search of a canola field, which looks similar to a yellow mustard field. While driving on the Northern Neck of Virginia I found a small mustard field at Dug In Farms in White Stone, Virginia. I was able to photograph this close up image of the yellow mustard green flower. The yellow background is a blur of the mustard green field.
