A blessed Mother’s Day, to mothers here on earth and in Heaven.

Mother’s Day is celebrated throughout the year by many nations, each one having a special day or days honoring Mothers.

A precious family friend gifted my dear Mother Cheryl the pictured miniature phalaenopsis orchids in May 2018.

I write and post this today, May 10th, 2020, which is my precious Mother Cheryl’s second Mother’s Day in Heaven. An emotional time for me.

In honor of Mom's memory, I choose to honor her each and every day, striving to do my best with excellence in my thoughts and actions, to the glory of God.

I am comforted by the fact that I will see Mom again in Heaven’s splendor ~ because she received Yeshua Jesus into her heart as her Lord, Savior and Messiah. However, I greatly miss her this side of eternity.

I will be forever grateful for the fact that my dear Mother led me in the prayer to receive Jesus into my heart, so that I, too, have that eternal assurance of salvation and eternal life that comes only though God’s Son, Jesus.

The greatest gift to my Mother would be for her to know that you, too, receive that greatest gift of all.

It is a simple as saying these simple words from your heart:

“Father God, forgive me of my sins.
Jesus, come into my heart.
Make me the kind of person You want me to be.
Thank You for saving me today.”

If this is your very first time praying this simple yet powerful, life-changing prayer, the angels of Heaven are throwing a party in your honor!
(Luke 15:7.10)

Mom is also rejoicing in Heaven, as it is her greatest heart’s desire to see as many people as possible receive Jesus into their hearts ~ that precious gift of eternal life.

“Father God, thank You for this precious individual who has received the most important gift of all ~ eternal life that comes only through Your Son, Yeshua Jesus. (See Acts 4:10-12.) Fill this one with your precious Holy Spirit to empower them to live the victorious life in You as they:
read Your Word, the Bible each day for spiritual nourishment;
talk to You daily as their closest Friend;
attend a church that preaches the Full Gospel that Jesus is the Way, Truth and Life;
and share about their Friend, Jesus, with their family, friends and circle of influence.
Lord God, I pray you will bless this precious one with success and protection (Psalm 91) all the days of their life, as he/she stays close to You and follows You each and every day, for it is only in You, Lord Jesus, that true peace and security is found. Bless this precious one, I pray, now and throughout eternity. In the matchless Name of Yeshua Jesus I pray. Amen.”

Artwork notes:

Embedded in the top right-hand corner is the Hebrew acronym for "B'ezras Hashem" [ב ס " ד] meaning "with God's help". It is a reminder to me as an artist of my dependence on the Almighty, the Originator of all creativity.
