Ink and watercolour travel sketch painting in impressionist expressionist style of the French Pyrenees by the Col du Pourtalet in the French Pyrenees.
Painted on site during a painting trip to France in September 2014.
The title is the beginning of a song which was always sang in my family, and among the natives of the Pyrenees:
�Montagnes Pyrenees,
Vous etes mes amours...�
Nowadays I cannot stand in front of the Pyrenees without hearing in my head my brother singing that song... he passed away last year, but I am sure that he is still singing this song wherever he is... he loved our Pyrenees so much... and the Pyrenees loved him, will always love him and so will we all...
