A lively row of fishing shacks sit all in a row in the little village of Victoria-by-the-Sea on Prince Edward Island. On my frequent visits to the smallest Canadian province, I've noticed that the residents love bright colors, and I have to admit that I'm someone who maintains "the more color, the better" philosophy of life. Maybe that's one of the reasons I love PEI so much. Last summer, my husband and I made our 20th trip there, so we truly feel like it has become our second home. When I saw these colorful shacks just behind a field of wildflowers, I knew that I wanted to take a few photographs before heading back to our cottage for the day.
