Hi, Thanks. Bogie and Betty are still a compelling couple. They were both 5'8". Note how he is much taller here. When co-starring with Bergman in "Casablanca" there was a real problem since she was an inch taller. He wore a special pair of shoes with elevated heels. There is only one known photo of the foot wear.
