_As a Life Coach, I used to encourage people to develop and nurture their COS - their Circle of Support... but when my son was killed, I quickly learned that what was missing was discernment... knowing my circle was not something I spent a lot of time doing... this video really resonated with me because I learned, albeit very painfully, not everyone who says their in your corner is actually there._
