In this painting we see a sea turtle deep in contemplation. He and the ancient reefs are both endangered. Ever since I started to paint marine-life, I have felt a connection with sea turtles. This painting is my never ending tribute to this beautiful animal. I decided to give it a Hawaiian name meaning Sacred Soul.
