This is part of my new macro work, I have been experiementing with close up photography of insects that are found localy to my house in the UK. The thing I love about this type of work is how much detail you get on a world you wouldn't normaly see. This image shows all the details of this insect from the honeycome shaped eyes to the wings and the body, I feel it's like looking in on a world you don't normaly have the power to see.
