The title of this painting is a quote from Acts chapter 17 where Paul points Greek philosophers towards the one, true God.
I believe God went to great lengths to provide us with a myriad paths in nature, which point us to Himself through Jesus Christ. If we are willing to look for Him in and beyond His creation, He says He will reward those who sincerely seek Him. Hebrews 11v6.
