A little still-life composition of hydrangea blossoms set against a patterned fabric background, "Hydrangea in Gray" has been digitally edited for a soft, slightly abstract look in grayscale, with just a slight tint of cool indigo. Captured with a shallow depth of field, the focus softens toward the edges, with the eye drawn toward the lower center of the bunch of flowers. Pretty, and gently dramatic....
