This is Humayun's tomb in New Delhi. It was the model for the Taj Mahal. In many ways, it is more subtle and ethereal than the Taj Mahal and well worth a visit.
Humayun's tomb is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike in New Delhi. The only way I could get a shot without people in it was to arrive very early in the morning on the day of the Hindu festival of Diwali.
The watermark in the lower right hand corner of the image does not appear in the final print.
