Description
The story goes like this. May be, the fable. The fable goes like this. There was this big forest and as usual many animals lived in it. In this particular one there was this huge naughty elephant. He was used to pushing everyone around; what with the big body and all. All animals feared him and would get out of the way whenever he was passing through. This guy was mean, he could just walk over you if you held your ground. All this was his ground, so you got out of the way or into the ground!
In the same forest lived a teeny-weeny ant family. The ants, as usual ware always busy working and fixing stuff and collecting stuff and gathering stuff. So, this fine morning they were busy doing their business and minding it. Then from nowhere and without warning, this crazy elephant splashed them with a gash of water from his large trunk. One of the ants told the elephant he was very mean! The elephant shouted back almost blowing them away again and proudly told them to get out of his face or he would squeeze them to death against the ground with his large fat feet. They left him quickly and back into their ant hill home.
The ant that talked to the elephant was not happy about this. He came up with a plan. He had to teach this guy to respect other animals. Very early the following morning before the elephant woke up, he walked right into and inside his trunk. He started biting it like his life depended on it. He gnawed at the soft parts without mercy! The elephant was awakened by the sharp pain in his trunk! He cried out and begged the small guy to stop! The small guy went on gnawing and biting until the big guy felt like dying!
The ant told the elephant he would only stop if he promised to live in peace with the other animals. The elephant was so happy to hear that the ant would eventually stop eating at the inside of his trunk. He quickly promised never to treat all the other animals meanly.
The ant came out of the trunk. The elephant thanked him very much and behaved well ever after!
