GEORGE THE ALLIGATOR
"George" is a 12 foot alligator who always hangs out in the same general spot in the Florida everglades. He's been there for years and is somewhat of a local celebrity. I've been photographing him for years and many of my alligator photographs in my portfolio are of him. Some people see danger or fear. I see beauty, majesty, and a creature who has remained relatively unchanged since the Cretaceous era. This panorama is one of my favorites of him and was taken shortly after sunrise in the Florida Everglades.
