Description
It was Spring here in Wisconsin - finally a chance to go outside and photograph without freezing! On recent walks, I had seen s tree which was starting to have bright red blooms. I went to check it out one day, but was have trouble getting photographs that I liked. I stopped to look around me, and in the distance saw a small tree with white blossoms that I had not noticed before. I went to see it. The blossoms were magnificent, with bright white petals and long pistils with bright yellow! I did what I could to photograph, capturing the shot 'Pollen' on this site before the sun got too high in the sky, and returned the next day to capture this shot of a bloom of flowers through the leaves. The following day, I returned to the tree, and most of the blossoms had fallen off. How lucky I had been.
This is an archival Giclee print. It will not fade or turn red with time, as cheaper prints do.
