It was a very peaceful morning when I made this photograph at Blue Hole Regional Park in Wimberley, Texas. The wind caressed the bald cypresses leaves, but didn't get to the water, creating a near perfect parallel reality to the one above. The weather was mostly cloudy, creating a low contrast scene that was easier to photograph than when the sun is out. I stood at this spot last year but I had arrived late to the party, as most trees had shed the leaves already. I had better timing this year! Thanks for looking. FAA watermark WILL NOT show on fine art print.
