Description

This is the lovely panoramic view of the Sabinal River from atop the bridge on US 187, just south of Vanderpool, deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. I had spent the morning at Lost Maples State Natural Area doing some hiking and photographing the changing foliage, and I came across this view as I was returning to Houston by the way of Medina. Obviously as a landscape photographer I favor the golden hour light of early morning or evening, but I will not waste a good opportunity to document photogenic sights. Thanks for looking.
