Events Happen-Life Goes On-Black and White is just a playful rendition Mike Breau created to mimic the solar event that took place across the country on August 21, 2017. He utilized a plane from his photograph overlooking Lake Auburn last year, and combined it with a capture from Peru,Maine; then Mike decided to augment this work with another of his photos of Screw Auger Falls, in Newry. Though life is not all black and white, he felt the particular work fit the nuances of the night over day effect that the solar eclipse perpetuates.
