What is Tripal?
Tripal consist of creating art that is not planned, sketched, thought about before starting, or based on anything.
You start by creating small intricate shapes that when grouped together, form negative imagining that invokes thoughts and memories. Then these are translated to the surface.
I created this style 16 years ago when I was in highschool. I didn't want to create art that was expected, including by myself. Even I can gaze into my Tripal's and discover things. It's all about the mood when observing. Of course there's the obvious things seen, but in some cases its about what's not obvious that's intriguing. Observation Obscura, if you will.
