An older couple sat on a bench in Love Spoon Park dreaming about the love that they have experienced throughout their lives together. With the memories fading so does the sharpness of the images that they remember of themselves. Love spoons are a Welsh custom developed during the 17th century where lovers would offer intricately carved spoons bearing symbols of their feelings and hopes to their partners. This is another in the Little People collaboration between Steve Purnell and Sandi Cockayne.
