"Desert Spiny Lizard V31" photography by Mark Myhaver is a close up view of this member of the Collard and Leopard Lizards family. Though he appears to be staring me down here, he was actually quite friendly and played with me for quite a while. He would come real close to me and then if I just glanced away he would scurry off. I could always find him though, peering at me from his hiding spot. Then he would come right up to me again. You will see more of this little guy as he seemed to like me photographing him.
