Dead Trees In Yellowstone
Artist
Rob Hemphill
Medium
Photograph - Photography
Description
Dying trees in the thermal areas near to the Firehole Lake Drive at Yellowstone National Park. For the past 20 years satellite imagery has shown new hot spots appearing within the Park are on the increase and some of them very large, hot and corrosive.
These trees have little chance in surviving for more than a few years under these conditions.
