Description
With Caddo Lake being the home to one of the largest cypress forest in the world it can be a major maze when you are out on it in a boat. This image is from the Carter Lake section of the lake and it is thick back in there with the cypress trees and the aquatic fern Giant Salvinia that blankets the top of the water. The trees with the hanging Spanish moss along with the Giant Salvinia gives this area an eerie but a beautiful Mystical feeling to it while you are going through it. They say they have a lot of Big Foot sightings here……back in this area I think I could almost believe that!
