Crushed Beer Can Red Chelada on Plywood 83 by YoPedro

Crushed cans have are an art form in themselves, if you are into crushed cans that is. This one has some bright reds in it that really make it pop. When you look at the artwork that is imprinted on the cans, you start to notice some real fine details. This can has a couple of lions holding the logo of the brewery, which adds just a touch of class to the can.

This can you will notice, is not as damaged as some of the others that I have photographed. It wasn't on the street as long as the others.

I wanted this Crushed Can Series to be a bit different, so I photographed the cans on my favorite plywood background. I've had this piece of plywood for several decades, but I'll save that story for another day.

The lighting of these cans are very specific, and really brings out a lot of detail. There's a bit of distortion happening in the cans, but that's to be expected. You can't pick up a can off the road that has been run over countless times and not have distortion! -YoPedro
