A horse rears as the full moon rises above the ocean, the waves cloaked in mysteriousness. A lone tree grows near the coast, lending one of the only live stationary fixtures, besides the carpet of nautical grasses. The horse conveys strength, rising above the ocean and into the moon. Nothing is impossible.
A composite photograph. All photographs taken by Betsy A Cutler. The sky and ocean are from Topsail Island, NC; the tree, fence, and moon are from Draper, VA (yes, the moon was that large when it rose!); the grass is from Shackleford Banks, NC; and the horse is Betsy's--his name is Buzz.
