BMW E9. Mixed media. This is a charcoal and pencil drawing of a vintage, BMW E9 sports coupe, done on 400 series, acid free, toned paper. The collector of the original drawing preferred the car without a background. I had an idea about a background to try with the drawing, so the original image was then photographed and imported, which gave me the flexibility to add a digitally applied background and flooring. With or without a background, this is one sweet ride!
