Description
Black Necked Stilt With Abstract Background by Debra Martz. I just love their bright pink legs! Captured this image from the 3300' boardwalk at South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center in south Texas. Scientific name for the Black-necked Stilt is Himantopus mexicanus.
It was in the mudflats during low tide so I've done a soft and simple abstraction to the mud and water areas but kept the bird natural.
