Description
Walking along a boardwalk at South Padre Island, I came upon this Dolphin art. Not sure of the back story, but to me it gives a message. A close look at it and you will see a lot of plastic toys, flip flop, containers, etc. The message to me is 1) Don't Mess With Texas and 2) Pack Out What You Pack In. How about you?
The background was a bit distracting to this piece so I gave it some vibrant color and smudging to better blend it with the dolphin.
