Commissioned Piece for a girl named Aurora! it always takes awhile to actually paint a piece for someone who commissions me to do something. I like to see if I can get my inner self to find something special for the person, even when I have never met them. I think its a special kind of insight artists have when creating that something special just for them. I play with the ideas in my head for some time and when I actually get to the real painting it can be a real Rush and this was no exception. I had great fun in the creation of this painting. I got the okay to post and now I can't wait for the reaction. Because I paint in oil, its very wet and will have to sit for several weeks before I can put on the sealant and send it off.
