The monument to the Constitution of 1812 is a commemorative monument in Spain that commemorates the centenary of the Constitution of 1812 located in Plaza de España of Cadiz.
Also known as a monument to the Cortes, it was a project of Modesto López Otero, as architect, and Aniceto Marinas (1866-1953), as sculptor. It was made in 1912 and contains several allegories of War, Peace, Agriculture and Industry, along with reliefs alluding to Gaditan resistance during the War of Independence.
