Description
Adult Eastern Phoebe by Debra Martz In this species both male and female look the same. I was on the sidewalk in the inner loop of the campground when he/she flew to this perch and stayed. I soon discovered why and reason for the direction of its stare when I continued my walk. I spotted a nest with babies on a light and under the overhang of the bathhouse.

Alt Text: A small Eastern Phoebe is perched at the end of a small limb with its body facing forward and its head turned looking to the right. Its head, wings, and tail are light brown while its chest and belly are cream colored.
