What all that means is Carroll Shelby International authorized 400 classic chssie 1967 Gt 500's to be restored and outfitted with up to date high end chassie and drivetrain components. Only 43 vehicles were produced. of the 400 licenses.
Some of the updates were:
482 cubic inch Shelby Performance V8, Vortech supercharger, FAST XFI fuel injection
Tremec 3550 5-speed manual transmission, RAM hydraulic clutch
Currie 9-inch rear axle 3.50 gears
Power rack-and-pinion steering, 4-wheel disc brakes
17-inch Carroll Shelby wheels
It is a very coveted car with the marriage of the Old with the New.
