Description
The Guildhall Grist mill belonging to the Old Crawford farm trust is on a side road off 102. The many buildings have been brought to the farm over the years and entered into a conservation trust. The Grist mill was build in the 1970s but the current manager of the farm says she found documents saying the gristmill was brought to the farm in the 1950s. So your guess is as good as mine. There is a small covered bridge which unhappily has no documentation at the back of the property. To get there, you head to Guildhall Vermont, and find the eastern terminus of the Granby Road. The other end of the Granby Road ends in East Burke Vermont. *Note* the Granby Road is very scenic in and of itself.
